Hi I am due to apply for ILR long residency, I am planing to use a solicitor for this. and hopefully use the same solicitor when I apply for citizenship ( 1 year down the line ..). there aren't many solicitors in the town where I live. the question is should i apply via a solicitor that is based 70 ...

Hi

I came into this country on 5th Sep 2011.

what is the earliest I can date I can book my appointment for long residency ILR ?
is Monday 8th august is the earliest ?

The date given on the attachement is 23 april 2009, is that bill hasnt passed it? thanks for the reply, is it clear whether it will also affect long stay ILr ( 10 years basis ? ). i saw a note some where saying its aimed to increased the process from 5 years to 8 years which implies its targeting ...

JULY 2011 ILR changing ? ?

Hi

my 10 years will complete in early sep2011 and hence I can apply in August 2011 ( 28 days earlier..).

but I have heard that ILR is changing in JULY 2011 does this mean I wouldn't get my ILR ? :(

what will happen to someone like me ?I was on student
