I am appliying Turkish Worker Visa I got my bank statement printed and stamped the pages that show my salary payments.I was planning just submit those that I got stamped.Is this all right or should I submit all pages after getting the rest stamped as well?

Hi I have post study work visa.I got a job and forgot to infrom the police about the employment in time I did after 12 days instead of 8.Would that be problem in the future if I try to change my visa to HSMP??
