I've a big doubt, I tried to look in this forum but couldn't get a definete answer.
If my employer is a able to sponsor a tier 2 ICT now, can I come to UK before April 1st and make a tier 1 application ?
will that going to be possible in any case ?

Dear mods,
Do we have at-least a slight chance if we apply it online tomorrow and submit documents later after a week ?
I know its a gamble and we are risking around 60,000 Rs.

cxrmike don't harsh on yourself that much.. and keep your hope.. i am not pessimistic.. Govt. is just saying things very furiously , and i am sure they will think twice before announcing the rules to not cause any fiasco like previously.. Yes I applied after the news came out. (Successfully and online - going to submit my biometrics in a few hours).

If the cap is now entirely full I don't see how they can not refund your application fees. It is so wrong to take that much money from people without even reviewing their applications. It is very poor, almost fraud. I think they will return the fees... this is just my opinion. If not they will face...

Yes you will have to pay the full fees as it is a fresh application.
