How do you apply online for the first passport. We sent our application and got sms after 1 week that application has been received in their Belfast office...God knows why Belfast office!

It seems we are the only one waiting as everyone is getting their approval letters now.

We had our initial letter approval letter stating to wait for an invitation letter and since then nothing yet :(

Nope all quiet. Did they tell you if its only yours or everyone's else as well is on hold? Or any time frame when its gonna be sent out.

Very poor service without actually telling the reason or the time!

Thats all it said that these are on hold. And that she is unable to provide any further information.
