On the midst of doing my wife ilr application, got everything ie all the relevant documents my two employers payslips letters, noticed on one of my employer letter he has not mentioned gross annual salary should this cause a problem on the case

Hi what is the earliest I can apply for my wife ilr, she on the 5 year route, I meet the requirement with two jobs ,

Entry clearance was 20 may 2014 , entered country 10th june 2014

Further leave to remain valid until 20 Aug 2019

Hi am I still okay to carry on claiming tax credits, was on both but my income has increased and I only get now child tax credit, my wife 2nd extension I will be applying in August this year , she on 5 year route, I will be applying for ilr would this effect my application for her etc,

Nearly time for her I presume ilr , only worry I got is I claim child and working tax , I know my working has now stopped due to my April 19 2020 tax year income increased 20,800 with my two Jobs combined ,will this still effect my wife ilr application In July, we are claiming as a couple

Is it okay for my wife still to go visit back home from Jan 29 to March 16 , she applying ilr in August when it expires she hasn't left uk the since she has been here in 2014 June, only now in January and she going for 5 weeks

She done life in UK test already well back in 2016, just the confusion what to apply for, as I thought it had to be one more extension , I gotta stop my child and working tax right as well? As I'm hoping to get another job so I be doing two jobs

I sent off tax credit forms in the post with a note clearly stating my wife is no recourse to public funds etc. I guess after 2 years I'll have to apply for her extension no 2 or is it gonna be 5 years so is that gonna be indefinte

guys any updates ? My wife going have to do another tb test as her previous one has expired, then she has to leave within i suspose 90 days, any rfc updates, any questions i will be able to answer them from now till when i book my wife ticket when ever that maybe prob in mid june,
