Re: Tier 1 to ILR Child born in UK

If your son is not travelling abroad, dont put him with your ILR, instead use MN1 form once you get your ILR. Thats what i have seen other ppl do and thats what i will do for my children.

Some senior may help you regarding your wife's query

Re: SET 0 Form

Hello, I am going to apply ILR in couple of months time under TIER 1 (General) category with my wife as Dependent. In SET O form question 7.11 says, How long you are in the UK? In my case I came to UK in 2004 but I switched to TIER 1 (General) in 2008. The answer will based on the date in 2004 or w...

On top of what shace recommended, birth certificates of your children if they are born in UK in last 2 years will also work.

Re: Lloyds TSB refuses to stamp printed statments

Best would be to take those print outs which banker downloaded from its system and then stamped those ones. But they can 100% be able to give you a letter of balance certificate which always confirm current address along with balance and if you attach that one at the top then i believe it will work...

Set O form Mistakes Corrected

Goood news.... Most of the formatted mistakes in the new version of SET O form has been been rectified, although page 7 still has issues as it would not fall at back of payment page. Please get a fresh download.

Big thanks to the person who took this to Home Office.

Re: PEO appointments slots release

Getting up to date form and correct fee are two different issues. When new form comes in, you have about 3 weeks to use the old one....(better check details when new one is released) I called UKBA and the guy confirmed that as long as a person gets appointment for any date beyond 6 April, before the...

My concern is absences for the first year which are continuous 4 months ,and these absences are just after 1 month of my first UK entry. Although I was working for same UK employer I was not being paid in UK so HMRC will not have the record of those absences to confirm the UK employment ,wondering ...

Congrats I also have a question. Check page 30, B4 of Set O form ...

Re: Regd:ILR Fee Change and How to pay the difference!!!

I called UKBA today on usual 087xxx number and they advised as long as one is able to secure appointment before new fee is applied, he will be paying the current fee, does not matter if appointment is booked for date after 6th April. My personal advise is to take card with you as backup and keep loo...
