Re: Brother in law visit visa sponsor letter

Apologies, forgot to ask “if I am sponsoring him, and I send my sponsor letter, does he still need to submit his bank statements?”

There are appointments available next week. I have seen people getting approval letters after 10 days of booked appointment.

Shall I proceed with IDV or booking appointment?

See your checklist which was provided at the time you submitted your application. It will be available at the further actions page if you log in your UKVI account.
I can't see that. When I login I get the following links

Re: **** COVID19 Biometrics appointments and UKVCAS ***** (Discuss here ONLY)

I got the second “reuse” email on 1 August. Still waiting for the login details for the app.

My question is: I never uploaded documents to the sopra website. Should I upload documents to sopra website or wait for the app and upload the documents there?

Many thanks for the help

You are the first one to report that. Seems like reuse emails will start pouring in now. Now, you just have to wait for the next step.
How long does it take to receive instructions for next step?

Hi. I just received the following email from UkVI: UKVI have identified you as being eligible for this new approach involving biometric reuse. What happens next? How do I upload my documents? If you have a thread in this forum please give me link so I can see other people in same situation. Thanks!

No response yet, I am booking tickets and little nervous :)
My employer did Employment Check and it says "No restrictions" and is Positive.
Does it mean ILR is approved?

Hi, just trying to complete online application for ILR (10 years) and there is no option for premium or super priority?

My spouse vida expires on 11 October 2019, is this the reason ?

And, is it possible to upgrade standard application to priority these days?

Many thanks!

Re: Tier 2 Dependant Application - Same time as main applica

You will need to wait until you get your Tier 2 Leave to Remain, As a copy of your current Leave to Remain will needs to be provided by your spouse's application.
