My employer has applied for an allocation of unrestricted certificate of sponsorship and now more than six weeks have been passed but that allocation is still in a pending state.
We already phoned them and in a response they told us that we are busy .

As per present rules,you can only apply as graduate developer until six months from your graduation. In your case you cant use this. Next best option for you is programmer. Get a hike and apply.
