It depends on their bookings... sometimes if they have too many ppl on list then they do run extras... best bet is to wait and ask them!

Re: Applying for BC but trafic conviction by court

My suggestion is to wait until ur conviction is spent...why? Because you have been convicted by the court which is taken very seriously by HO hence to be honest a very slim chance for a successful outcome sorry! But... if you wanna risk ur application fee then never ever hide anything from HO...you ...

Re: i havnt receive my acknowledgement letter

If they have taken the fee then that assures that ur application is with them. You may reveive a letter anytime soon as sometimes they do take a bit longer or you may give them a ring and see if they can give u the application ref no.

Re: Student Grant!

Yes u can apply for student loan but not to "Student finace England" as they don't give out any loans or grants to any post graduate student. They only deal with undergraduate applicants.
And no it won't affect ur application because you are applying for a loan just like ur mortagage. Hope that helps

I 100% agree with "cricinfo" it is not a minor offence. You should wait until the conviction is spent.

FPN need not be mentioned.

Hi, I am on same situation as well, but my date of conviction was 02 April 2007. points removed from license, and in my application form, I didn't declare these as conviction. Reason was my CRB was done in July 2011 and no conviction was recorded in this CRB disclosure. so I thought I should be fin...

Re: Traffic conviction , how to determine if they have been

Hi I have gone through various threads with similar discussions about traffic convictions. Here is the timeline of offences: May2005 - Overspeeding ticket .. as I was on International DL they reffered my case to court. If I correctly remember they asked me to pay 60£ fine. I paid up the fine but I ...
