This is bit tricky. you are in UK for only 5 days. If we apply the rules strictly then this should not be an issue. However case worker might take this in different way. If you have any medical reasons for that absence then it should be ok.

ILR granted

Hi All,

My ILR has been granted. 180 days of absence cal fall at the start of the 5 year period as long as you are in UK before absence with valid leave.

Hi, Anybody tried to booking PEO appointment yesterday night/today early morning. I tried to reschedule my appointment but no time slots has been added after midnight. Just to want to understand is it me slow on searching or any body else also had same experience. regards no luck even today also.

Hi,

Anybody tried to booking PEO appointment yesterday night/today early morning.

You can apply from 28 days before you have spent 5 years in a qualifying category and when your absences are <180 days per 12 month period.
