My advice will be, just C++/Linux will not help you much.If have exposure to C# , WCF, WPF etc, it would be great.
C++/C# requirement majorly here demands banking domain experience.

All pages has to be stamped and signed by the bank so it should be fine.
Logo is not mandatory.
