this is strange they already know about the applicant's history yet still want you to mention it again, same thing they do with visit visa applications, they ask about if you have been refused a visit visa before, if the applicant say NO and has been refused they refuse your application. why ask app...

Hey guys
I had a limited company before Covid-19, i took bounce back laon, but couldn't pay it back and had to close the company. The company has been liquidated and all the debt has been removed.

I would like to ask if i have to mention this on the application, i have now started Paye job.

I want to ask if i can visit an EU Country with my wife who is Eu national, i have settled status but no schengen visa.

And if i apply for a schengen visa can i arrive at another country then the one which issued visa?

Hi Allain I think as long as you declare them in your application it should be fine?! My issue is that I forgot to mention mine on the initial application and therefore deemed it as deception. thanks very much for pointing this out, i was about to apply as well, i have received a few
"Conditional offer of fixed penalty"
they are for offences like seat belts etc,
but i lost track/record of them,

anyone knows how to retrieve them?

we applied for mum pre settled status, she already had 5 years dependent visa via SS,

two months we are still waiting for any news from home office,

Also forgot to mention I have received the conditional offer of FPN from the Surrey Police and not from the court. I have 28 days to reply pay the fine and send my licence otherwise it will go to court which I will not do in any case . Appreciate your the kind guidance of the mentors please. Thanks...

My dad recently got 5 years RC in Netherlands, first we applied for his family permit then applied for RC it was very long process and took nearly one year with too much expenses every month.
