I got my visa extended on 16/11/2012. My old visa was valid till 01/01/2013 My case worker mentioned that my new visa is valid from 16/11/2012 and its valid till 3 years from date of expiry of old one. @wiyyala - Do not provide any date. Its optional. Also if the website goes down, just try to refresh. Do not start from the begining. The time from 00:00 to 00:20 is the best to get an appointment.
