I wonder why UKBA cannot create an online system when applicants can get a live update of their application using their reference number. I am sure it will save them a lot of hassles as well as we applicants a lot of stress and rude reply :)

It depends when HO carries out their checks ...if they have already i.e. before 27th then u should be fine otherwise they may ask you to provide them further details as i'm assuming these summons were produced after u made ur HO application. Hi do you mean "Final Stage"? 'cos that was what i was told after a long period of "Still Under Consideration". If yes, you are likely to get it. Mine took less than a week or lthereabout. One year from the date you automatically acquired PR. So if you began residing in the UK in Oct 05 you attain PR in Oct '10 irrespective of when the UKBA confirms it on paper. So basically you can apply for BC in Dec '10. Plum70 still dont get it. is my assumption right based on my case.. May2010:F...

Hi everyone, status update. Called HO for application update.. Told my family has been grant PR.we were given on Thursday. Document has been sent out . Best xmas gift ever..
