how a asylum refused spouse apply for dependent visa

Hi
I was refused from asylum as act of Domestic violence. I was a dependent of my Husband. He is a international student of UK.
Now i am living with my husband since 9 month after my refuse from UKBA. If i want to get my previous status how can i apply in UKBA?
