I am at the moment planning to appeal to UKPC which will be sometime next month

And then will go to independent body POPLA.

Nothing to do with the courts at the moment.

UKPC Parking Fine

Hi Members, I was handed a parking fine by UKPC on private land, which I am contesting. I have read in many places that these tickets dont have the legalities like PCN and FPN. Just wanted to know if anyone here can confirm this. I hope I would be fine if I dont mention this in my Naturalisation App...

Thanks fwd079 for you advice. I did contact one of the OISC this morning, explained the scenario to them. What he told me was that, "what you have described should not be the ground for refusal as caseworker has to look at all the facts of the case and there was no intention to deceive on your part....

Hi Chiku1980, I have confirmed this, If you got ILR based on 5 years spent on PBS then dependants will go for Set(0), for 10 years route its Set(M).
