I did not wanted to inform about my status to my current employer and end this employment on 14th June and join new job on 24th June..

What should I do now?? Would this impact my ILR possibilities?

It makes no difference. Time under T2 ICT (if first granted under the rules before 6 April 2010) and T2G are aggregated and have to add up to 5 years continuous and lawful residence.
