The barister was very good, d witness statement perfect, he had good grasp of zambrano law. She mentioned t...

It might take up to 3-4weeks to get the appeal decision, it is normally sent via post. But the main issue is if the judge accepts d article 8 aspect of zambrano. But kofi can tell us how it went generally.

UKBA are supposed to ask for further evidence for zambrano applicants esp those that applied prior to the amendment. They delayed amending regulation, i totally agree wit wigsy. I have forwarded the evidential flexibility policy to my friend & she will use as one of the reasons for her appeal, bcos ...

Why is no one considering getting any of the human rights charities and the media involved in this zambrano cases. If it is made public, then ukba will be forced to issue and change so many policies. They need to be disgraced publicly, the matter should be in newspapers and on the TV, let various st...

I tink ukba has decided to make zambrano rights very difficult to achieve in d uk to discourage applicants and encourage article 8 applications. This is because they want people to b under their own immigration rules rather than european law. Its so so sad the silly reasons they are refusing people ...

Hi prince 74, sorry to hear about the refusal based on zambrano. But with what you've said so far, i think their decision was wrong.
