SET O dependent finance requirements

Hi All,

I am about to apply for my ILR on pbs dependant route. I am not working and only my husband is working. So is it enough to show his bank statements and payslips to prove the financial requirement?

yes my child is my dependant from day 1 (from mar 2011) and not on wife's . So I hope she is eligible for PR. Thanks a lot.

My wife was granted TIER 1 General on mar 2011. My child was my defendant and granted leave on mar 2011. The both came to uk on may 2011. I have checked with my bank. but they have not got any request for paymnet yet.

How can I contact UKBA?. Please give me the contact number?

Is it normal to take more than a week for debiting the payment?
