Kunal, You can include whatever amount is shown in your salary slips for full 12 month period including bonus as your previous earnings. So add up gross salary of each month (as shown in payslip) during last 12 months and that will be your earnings that you can claim for. Not sure about Q1 though. b...

UKBA sends invitation letter asking to enroll Biometrics after they have deducted payment. Once biometrics are enrolled and application worked on by case worker, you would receive passport (without vignette) and decision letter. If its approval, then expect to receive BRP after it.

I would rang them and find next available appointment at nearest or second nearest centre

why don't you use post office enrollment service, that's based on first come first serve basis.

I dont think other transactions would be an issue, as long as amount in pay slips matches with bank statements, you shud be fine
