I applied 9th july 2020.
biometric re use mail on 6th Aug 2020.
until now not IDV App invitation.

UKVCAS telling they will send before 7th sep 2020.

Yes I seen in the case worker guidance. they didnt mention anything about 11 jan 2018 rule changes to case worker. but in the guidance they said 180 day absences not apply people who got initial and extension visa before 11 jan 2018. but for case worker guidance they didnt mention and telling if pbs...

HI
i got my ilr through tier 1 g.
my wife will qualifying for ILR MAR 2019.
She came uk tier 1 g dependant visa feb 2014 no absences until 5 feb 2018.
from 5 feb 2018 until 30 sep she will be out for 8 months.

is this ok for her ILR? ( NEW RULE)
