Thats a bit disappointing, waiting till 2020 seems so long.
My husband and me are having a baby soon and wanted to sort this out before.

Entered with student visa : Sept 2003 (Visa expired oct 2006)
Voluntarily left : Aug 2010
Spouse visa granted : Sept 2011
ILR granted : Sept 2013

He's been on a Spouse visa since Nov 2011 and got issued with ILR Nov 2013.

Yeah just show the bank manager a print out of the docs reqd. by UKBA and request him to help you with it.
I am sure they will be able to sort something out.

Yes we are going to photocopy everything as well.
Then going to make 2 ring folders one with orignals and the other with photocopies in the order as required and submitt it.

Confusion on when to apply for ILR

Hi Guys,

Sorry but i am really confused so as to when can my husband apply for his ILR thru PEO........he was issued with

Spouse Visa-----26/Aug/11
Entered U.K-----05/Oct/11

So, if we are not wrong we can apply for his ILR anytime from the 7th of Sept 2013 through PEO.

Please advise.

also, i had to travel abroad for 5 days due to some work related training.....while my husband stayed behind at home in the U.K during this time.....i know its only 5 days.......but do we need to mention anything??
