Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur...few questions

Saim569 wrote:If you are going to apply after 1st September 2015, you have to provide police character certificate of both applicants.
This is only true for "Entry Clearance" applying from abroad.

Applying within the UK ( leave to remain ) doesn't need to provide police clearance.

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur...few questions

1-200k has to be present for 90 consecutive days before submitting the application or may be a week before it is also good enough. HO is only asking 90 consecutive days for the maintenance. 90 days of the bank statement (just before application submission) is required. But there is no condition of ...

bank statement for 200K

Hi, I have a question regards to supporting document ( bank statement for 200K) As I know, 200K fund should be in bank account with 90 consecutive day. my question is how to prove it ? due to transaction ( expense in/out, salary ... etc ) , sometimes it is under 200K( 1-2 days) , but most likely(90d...

Re: switching to T2G from T1E

Are you doing this to circumvent cooling-off period requirement by any chance? Anyhow, read 245HD . as It only mentions "last granted leave" not "all granted leave in the past" T2ICT(companyB)-T1E-T2G(companyB) still seems ok . above case's "last granted leave" is not the same company. of course 24...

Re: switching to T2G from T1E

3. What's tricky? Let me give my opinion regards 3rd answer of yours. When UKBA is assessing my T2G application, They will notice that I was T2ICT,T1E if staying in T1E quite short, then can UKBA treat me abuse of T1E to get T2G?? Of course sponsor of T2ICT and T2G will be different. What do you th...

can stay in the UK during the cooling period with other..

I came to the UK under T2ICT in 2011 March. 2016 April my 1st T2ICT visa will be terminated and company will arrange relocation to the Netherlands. This temporary relocation will be served as 1 year cooling-off period. However, I may|do work many days in the UK as I still belong to the same team(glo...

If you're arriving in the UK in March, you'll need to apply for Tier 1 G pretty quickly before it closes on 5 April. Will you be able to get your documents and evidence together in time? Yes, I have all the required documents now. If you know it's going to happen well in advance, as it seems you do...

My interpretation would be: If you are outside the UK and intend to apply from outside the UK, applications are closed. If you intend to apply from inside the UK, this statement isn't relevant and you would need to see which rules are relevant based on when you intend to apply. Thanks for your valu...

you can legally able to switch to tier 1 but the company which you are working for will never get tier 2 visa's if home office decides what you are doing is purely abuse of the system and may be in future they may bring some new rule like no switching from tier 2 to any visa... The UKBA website says that you catch switch to Tier 1 (G) from any Tier 2 category (from inside the UK): http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/workingintheuk/tier1/general/applying/switching/ So there shouldn't be any reason why you can't apply for Tier 1 (G) once you're in. That is the reason why I tr...

I wasn't referring to the technical aspects of your application but about the HR aspects of your organisation. And it was based on the assumption that you wouldn't inform your HR about the application. If you say that you have already informed your HR that on arrival in the UK on their Tier 2 visa ...

HR in some companies is not very well-informed about T1G rules and extensions. Indeed! Do your own analysis and if you meet requirements, apply whatever HR says. Ultimately the only person who really has an interest in the outcome is you. correct. I would like to provide stable life for my life. I ...
