Re: Tier 2 to ILR, 2 quick questions

Time spent on PSW does not count towards the qualifying period for the ILR application, so it doesn't matter if you provide any evidence for that period. This question is more for people who have spent the qualifying period on more than one type of eligible visa category for ILR, like Tier 1 & Tier ...

Re: Tier 1 requirements when Tier 2 is current for ILR

You could provide salary slips & bank statements for the period you were on Tier 1, if you were employed. Income tax returns if you were self employed. Best is to get a employment history letter from HMRC.
Hope this helps. All the best for your application!

Re: Who should provide documents for ILR?

Exactly what I said! I absolutely agree people should not respond if they don't know the answer. They should not accuse the questioner of being "jumpy" "demanding" and advice to go to a lawyer! If you know the answer then speak, if not then shut up! I appreciate the wealth of info this website ...

Re: Who should provide documents for ILR?

Past experience sushmehta, where I had to wait days and not even get a response, let alone an answer. Thought this might catch someone's attention, which it did. Anyways, rather than checking the times can someone please concentrate on my query if anyone of you knows the answer. Otherwise have the ...

Re: Trying to find a way forward

Hi Nina! The simplest way forward for you is to get married to your British partner outside the UK and then apply as his dependent for which you will be granted a dependent visa for 2.5 years provided your partner earns minimum salary as specified in current UKVI rules. You will have to extend this ...

Thanks! My query is whether I can work in all the hospitals which come under the Deanery/LETB without the 20 hour restriction as technically I would still be working for the same employer? Can the gurus please help?!!

Tier 2 & Locum/ Supplemetary work

Hi All! I hope you all are keeping well. I was writing to find out more about doing extra/supplementary work on Tier 2 visa. I currently hold a Tier 2 visa sponsored by my LETB/Deanery as I am in a run-through specialty training programme for doctors. My query was whether I am eligible to do locums ...

Re: ILR post 5 years on Tier 1 + Tier 2

My date was 10th March 2011. I wasn't employed for March'11 and April'11 while I was on Tier 1 General. I only started working towards end of April'11. Do you think that will create a problem?

Many thanks

Re: BRp not received but vis approved

You can call DX couriers and see if they have a delievery waiting for you. They will ask for your name, date of birth, post code. The Home Office uses DX couriers to send BRP approved through premium servive appointments. Did u use a premium serive or postal for your application?
