Not an expert but I think you need to wait 3 years before you can apply if the fine were given in the court. And you should not have more than 1 FPN in the last 12 months.

Citizenship query....

Hi i have received my indefinite leave last year on the 15.05.2013. My query is do I have to wait exactly till 15.05.2014 to apply for citizenship or I can apply 28 days before? I.e on the 13.04.2014? Thanks a lot for your advice.
