We received all documents back from Home office including passport and BRP.

because my mrs current visa is valid until 20th of February 2016 as a dependant tier 1 partner.

Solicitor advised me to go for a same day application... because if we go for an appeal it might take weeks or months...

but i am not sure about IHS charges now .....is any one had an experience ?

this is the funny thing... They said that my mrs applied on Human rights basis on 15th august 2015 which is wrong.

my mrs applied on FLR M on 5th september.

this was a crazy refusal from them

I applied my wife FLR (M) on 5th of september and she did her Biomatrics after 3 weeks. Last week we recieved a refusal and it mentions that (1) you applied on Human rights thats why we refused it (2) no bank statment and employer letter although we provided payslips and pay60 (3) IELTS certificate ...

Have you read through the SET (LR) form and its corresponding guidance notes. The guidance notes clearly states you can apply 28 days prior to completing your qualifying period. With regards to IELTS, it will still be acceptable for ILR considering you have used it in a previous application. LIUK r...
