Vinny what do you by confirmation pr? Do u mean by that pr stamp? What if the EEA holding BC without apply for Pr can BC considered as confirmation too as Permanent Residence?

As I said, your time for PR started when you moved to the UK and not when the RC was issued so it should be 3 more years. Not 4. i had an appeal allowed and the ho request my passport after 45 days

frm appeal hearing and i sent the passport in day after i recived the request frm home office
how long it usual taked to send me back my passport with issued the RC?
i have sent only the passport without decoments is it ok ?
