u may try using the PBS calculator for most appropriate answer .. however, i believe your time begins from the date when your first successful application was submitted

i personally dont think HO has a legal standing just to refuse case on interview basis ... they must have some documentary evidence to support it ...

people can and do get confused during such interviews ...

hi balak, from your application date count last 15 months .. out of those 15 months u need to be employed for 12 consecutive months ... either from month 1 to month 12 or from month 4 to month 15. oh btw, i think that closure of extensions from april 2014 is not right info as mentioned on different ...

why dont u challenge the bank statement / error in the bank statement and raise it to ur central bank or banking ombudsman?

am sure they will resolve it and also fine the particular bank..

I guess there some misunderstanding.... I applied my case on the 19th of October....the Home Office received it on the 20 Oct 2010 and deducted the fee from my account on the same date, well before the policy changed. The changes were introduced on 1 November 2010 when they stopped recognising PGDs ...
