in pass a lot of people used to track their case and progress of their case on the UKBA website but has that been stopped or can u still track the case?

if my case is in process at the home office and i also have a 4 year old child and am not allowed to work and don't have any sort of income to pay rent or bills do you know where i can stay or live for free until my case is sorted out?

the 2nd cuz sis was living with her relative but they told her to leave after a few weeks but at the moment she is living with another of her relative,
