Re: Pre action protocol and New application ILR(LR)

Plz note it's FLr(LR)....just thinking About getting ready for worst case scenario. You can only apply for FLR(LR) if you have already spent 10 years. You can apply for FLR(O) or FLR(FP) by post and then vary it by the time you qualify for SET(LR). .......why should not go for flr(LR)--- I do not w...

Re: Pre action protocol and New application ILR(LR)

I believe the last post is totally unsound. You can go for JR and Set (LR) at the same time, provided of course you do qualify. Unless they continue to maintain 322 (5), you may have to think about the sensibility of pursuing the PBS ILR JR, when you may have qualified on another route. Hi Obie! My...

Re: enforcement letter from AR team

Hi! Actually it happened to me . I received letter for my previous application to my consultant. He said nothing to worry as it's pre generated mail for previous application. In my case home office didn't hold any documents for the last application. There is only one word "hope" .

Dear adeelishaq786, I have got my ILR refused due to late submission of tax for the year 2012-13, The late submission was submitted before going to ILR, I have given enough clarification on why I was late, HO is not bothered about the fact that I am late in filing the tax but they have put 322(5) G...

Re: Another refusal as expected under 322(5)

Hi, I was also in the same position like you. My advice would be just go for AR and if got refused there then send Pre Action Protocol for JR. My case/ decision overturned when I told HO I am determined to go for Judicial review. HO changed their decision in my favor before filing JR application. S...
