Remain positive, they usually use 2nd class sign-for. At least you will know in a few days whether or not it was delivered (if not to your home). Hope it get delivers to your's soon.

Perhaps you should contact your MP (perhaps by email- usually quicker) and clearly explain your situation and refer to article 10 section 1a of directive 2004/38/EC which HO are in breach off in your situation.

The think is it may still take longer for a response but you can be sure of one.

The following benefits count as public funds:
 Attendance allowance
 Carers allowance
 Child benefit

There isn't anywhere on page 7 that says this. If you read my statement I said 'I think' and I gave the reason why.
