Re: Accommodation in a shared flat

I haven't submitted my wife's application, but I will need to soon. I am going to talk to our agent to change the name to mine. If they do that then it should all be fine I guess. My initial description was wrong, its actually my family(3) + my friends(2) = 5 people living in this 3 king size bedroo...

Accommodation in a shared flat

Hi, I am very stressed right now. You will find it at the end of 21 D in abo...

Re: ILR for Tier1 Dependent of long resident partner

This is exactly what I am planning to do. We are filling both SET(M) and FLR(M) and try our luck, God knows only. As you know my situation, I need a help with the FLR(M) for the Maintenance part. Do I need to complete 7A or 7B? I confused with their description once again. Thank you so much. I think...

According to what I learnt from you, it should take me to FLR(M), but it didn't. I am completing the FLR(M) now. The rules had changed in ...

On what basis were you granted ILR?

Is it necessary to provide a covering letter? I never provided any when I was a student or even on my Tier1 application and never had any issue with that either. However I am due to extend my Tier1 visa in two weeks and recently I came across about the idea of covering letter. Please let me know, ho...

Lost Payslip and did not have job for a month

Hi There, I am going to apply for my extension of Tier 1 General visa next month. In last 12 months I have had three jobs and did not have any job on October 2011, but the money I have earned in 11 months is sufficient for the points. Unfortunately I lost the August 2011 payslip, which I have a copy...

I would suggest that both of you extend together in order to avoid confusion. If you cannot extend together for any reason, extend alone as your wife's visa is still valid. Don't go calling UKBA, informing them about the mistake. If I only extend my visa is there any problem I might face during my ...

The question is: How did your wife get a dependant visa which is valid even after the main applicant's visa expires? Going back to the question: If that's the case, you can just extend alone and apply for your wife separately if you want. I don't know why they have done it. Don't know it that was i...

Extending dependant's visa

Hi There,

I am currently under Tier 1 general, which will due to finish on the April 2012.
I have applied for my wife on Dec 2011 and she has received a three years dependant visa.
My question is, do I need to apply for my wife again and pay the fees?

Kind Regards,
M M Rahman
