EEA FP no response more than 2 months

Hi all, I applied for my EEA FP on 26-03-2019 and still waiting for a decision. I received an acknowledgment e mail but no other email. I did write to UKVI mid may and I was told my case is escalated and I should hear within 15 days. It’s been 15 days since the escalation but I haven’t heard anythin...

Re: Timeline after successful administrative review

Hi
No the ECM (Entry Clearance Manager) didn't contact me anytime during the review. I only received an email from them saying the AR was successful and I should submit my passport to get the visa stamp.

Re: Timeline after successful administrative review

Thanks for the reply. When i submitted my passport following the AR review, I was told I will get it back within 10 days. The problem is these VFS people know nothing and you can't even hold then accountable. I hope it works out better for you.

Re: Timeline after successful administrative review

Just got an email from work. They want me to come soon otherwise the hiring may not be approved. I'm really feeling helpless now and there might be a situation where i can lose my job because of the time it's taken and total lack of a tracking process. Can someone may be guide me or tell me how to g...

Re: Timeline after successful administrative review

Given a chance, I would also apply for another EC than AR.
But what annoys me is we end up paying for the UKVI's mistake. In my case the ECO simply overlooked the employer letter and immigration stamps on my passport.

Re: Timeline after successful administrative review

I haven't received my passport back or heard anything from them regarding the escalation of my case. This is getting into an endless waiting game with the patience of my employers running out. It's been two months now between the initial application, refusal for an entry clearance, successful review...

Re: Timeline after successful administrative review

I don't understand what's taking them this long to issue a visa sticker.

Atleast it's not only me who's waiting. Please update me when your relative get their passport back.

Timeline after successful administrative review

Hi all. I had applied for a Tier2 ICT visa on 22 March which was refused by the ECO as he concluded wrongly that I had not spent the cooling off period of 12 months as I had the same visa before. I challenged the decision and the admin review was successful after which I was asked to submit my passp...

Re: Re applying for an ICT tier2 visa

Thanks for the reply. So if I get CSI for all the family members, I can apply for a EEA family permit even though my EU family is living in India with me at the moment? I do not have to show that they are exercising their rights in the UK?

Re applying for an ICT tier2 visa

Hi, mine is a unique and long case which I have not been able to find any answers for. A little bit of history before I come to my question: I am an Indian national, married to an EU (French) national. I work in the Oil and Gas sector. We got married in 2009 and applied for an EEA family permit in 2...

If you were born before 1983 to a British mother, you werent considered as a British national automatically (read born outside the UK).

Yes we applied to the Home Office using the Form UKM.

Re: Passport and naturalisation enquiry

Your wife's mother may be British otherwise than by descent if her father was in the crown service. Thanks, this could be of help if we apply for british citizenship through her mum. Also, is there a way we can know if her mom is British by descent or otherwise than by descent? I think she got her ...
