my question is that the referees section has been completed on 28/02/2011 and my appointment at NCS is not until 25/03/2011 and i have yet to complete the form AN with my signature and the date.

will home office refuse it or i need to redo the referees section ?!!

It looks like you husband will not be able to provide any of the usual evidence of good character such as P60s, etc....
