I only sent my current passport as it has my ILTR in and they ask for all "uncancelled" passports on the form. Decision on my case was made on the same date as yours 3rd of feb......i called council and actually make a story that i spoke to UKBA and and they sent me a letter about 7 days ago and they said if i havent received my letter i can directly contact the local council and ask them if they got any of ...
