Nothing u could do. Visa was given to u as a spose 4 a EEA if u devorce her. U have no rights. U can go home and apply on a different catalogy

don't type in caps, It's same as shouting. IF u are no EEA citizens and If u divorce ur partner before ILR you have to go back to your country. Unless ur a victim of domestic violence.

Not sure what the question?

Regardless of how many years ur visa is if u finish ur course in 12 months then u can stay extra 4 months. If u want to study some thing different some where else then u have to apply for another visa

Where do u live? If u live in India and work for a indian company why they paid u in UK ? How did u took the money back 2 india?.


Looks like u put some money in UK to get tire 1 some lawyer told u u need pay slip u couldn't get it from UK company as ur not here trying it from india.

It will be hard to prove. Can u get ur uncle to show his accounts showing money coming out ? May be a letter from him.


Trouble is most T1 applicants who says self employed try this trick. Some put there wife or some ones else money to bank and try and get way with it.

any one could do a invoice, that does not prove a earning. I could send invoice to any one. if they don't pay worth nothing, companies don't pay cash now days as It's wont leave a audit trail. looks very suspicious make sure u don't get banned for 10 year.

For self emplyment tax, U have to declare ur other incomes as HMRC decide ur tax on how much ur total income. Even though ur employment wages are already taxed. So give it to him.

I think it's april 2012. That's what the UKBA site says. Only reason Uni's complaining just to get their name on the news. Old PR trick. Business wil complain as they can't get cheap labour any more

I think It's the correct move. Bit sad abt PSW. Then again when I came here to study. They didn't have psw. I still came to study. Most people abused the student system.now they locked it 4 every body.

yea if you have any body living you have to tell your council. They might put your council tax up. but if they are student you can get discount. Speak to your council.
