Life in the UK test

Hi
I passed Life in the UK Test Prior to 28 October 2013 and obtained Settlement via Indefinite Leave to Remain - Will I need to retake the test given the new requirements for Citizenship Applications that were bought in place in October 2013?

Please could someone advice

Hi Re. Point 3.8 AN application- civil judgements under immigration act My visa was once refused with right to appeal as I had not maintained required bank balance when applying. I appealed and the appeal was granted and subsequently I was granted the visa. All this happened within lawful residence....

What is the policy of 28 days you are refering to here?

'Argumet given in the pre action protocol that ukba granted and accepted the application as valid under the policy of 28 days'. (there are 2 high court allowed judgements).
