No problem at all. Make sure you have all the documentation. I used income from two sources for my ILR. (Self employment and PAYE).

UKBA guidelines say income proof has to be from two different sources. In most cases people provide payslips and bank statements. What if someone wish to provide P60 and bank statements. In that case too there won't be any month-wise earning statement. IMO, quarterly payslips shouldn't be a problem....
