Just to point out, permanent resident card issued to non EEA national under EEA rules are valid for 10 years. Got my in 2016 and it expires in 2026.

Thanks @Cullinan. I have printed out pages 20-22, referee section from “form-an” which my referees filled. I guess I have to use the online referee form now.

Just to add I’m yet to find available date for my biometric appointment. Will form-AN referee print out (filled out) acceptable for online application?

Thanks for the clarification. I actually welcome the policy and it makes sense. The point I was trying to make is that Home Office confuses people by publishing the above document which clearly stated all EEA document will cease to be valid after Brexit. Unless I misunderstood.....
