both parties need to be covered in the application eea2 under self suficent and if its 53 pounds a month each it is already too much ,applied for eea2 with a cover costing 26pounds a month 58 for both and they accepted it , but if you already apply its fine it cover you for more than you need , but ...

dont know who can afford a CSI from aviva being self sufficent i use to pay 113 ponds for both eea and non eea couple you add the rent and the bills ...i think you got the point recentely i chnage the cover and for a fully comprehensive i halfed the price of it

Eea2 application will be processed in any event within 6 months that's the rule and the home office eu ofive seem to be very speedy those day now it's about 3 months
So answer to your question is eea2and 1application is the only way forward

there is possibilities of rejecting it in basis of luck of evidence of living togathere other words marriage of convenience
its hard to understand being married living at 2 adresses
they will be suspecious

in that case you won't need one as you pay tax and entiteled to the NHS
,in the EEA2 application there is sponsor option in your case you are acting as such.

hi there ithink you misunderstood the europeeen system, i will try to put it very simple ,i dont think you will be very happy though . oright you married to an EEA national that means you are legal,and yes an initial right for 3month is automatic now if you want to stay in the uk more than 3 months ...

i wouldnt read much into it if they say looking into it, they just have to say somthingwhene they dont have information, and about your passport omitted, i can assure you that they will requeste it as soon as they need it. andbe patiente for your COA,the timeline is very random for issuing those doc...
