Sorry to hear that but 2 me it sounds that you can't do anything about it. Well before she apply for PR i believe she sent all the docment to HO to prove you both been married all that time and you were still married while the application were on the process, and you both been exerceing your treaty ...

If you want to get married, do so knowing that you will need to apply for a 27 month UK spouse visa from your country of residence outside the UK. it means like i will be back from 0 :) they wouldnt count the years that i have spend here already so if i get married again and get my leave to remain i would have to wait another 24 months to apply for indefitely leave to remain !!

anyone knows anything pls make an advise guys

generally it would be good to apply for retaining the rights of residence first before applying for PR. But since you will be eligible for PR in Nov 2011, you can actually just apply for PR and provide all the documents. The Most Important being proof of the EEA national exercising treaty rights fr...
