My son will turn 2years old soon. If he remains the ILTR dependent status, will it affect his rights to education and benefits? E.g. early education fund, free education. Or he will have the same rights and benefits to education the same as other British children?

Anyone knows if I need to enclose any PROOF of Date of Departure with the ILR application ?? or will they ask for any proof ?
