Just had news from my employer and it looks like UKBA has messed up with some forms and stuff and adviced my employer to send an email with the orginal form attached. We requested on March but got refused and now the application has been put forward to April. Need to wait for a bit longer !!! Hope ...

PSW,senior physiotherapist, 27k, Reason for refusal- salary below 32 k....My visa expires on 3 april and new rule will be effective only from 6 april. can i send my visa application without COS on 2nd April ?
Is it possible to use "unrestricted" COS, for those who's visa expires before 6th April?

i think first they will send an e-mail to to the Authorising officer, they will upload the COS on your sms (sponsor management system) and they will send by post as well..

i am a physio working in a private hospital. My employer applied for COS according to the instruction from Home office to apply through exceptional consideration. My visa expire on 4th april. If anyone get the COS after the panel meeting in March...please post the result...
