Re: Error on page 7 of Set(o) Form version 07/12,any one not

On SET (O) form version 07/12 if you look at the top right hand corner you will see version 04/12 instead of version 07/12, though on the bottom of the page its correct as version 07/12. I was just wondering whether it will make a problem if I apply for my ILR on this form. Shall send my form using ...

Re: ILR case/docs copy?

Hi All, Is there any requirement that we need to give a copy of all docs we provide to UKBA case worker on PEO day? I haven't seen any requirement like this in form but all the cases discussed here mostly mention that they provided a full set copy of all documents. For myself I have scanned my docs ...

i just wonder why you guys are complicating this issue of gae for yourself. it is simple, you have said it yourself that you don't have control over your age. It is not a draconian law. let say you sent your application in August 2007 when you were 28yrs and scored 20point. You later extend/switch ...

If am wrong someone should correct me. based on my calculation the new/restructured point based system started after 7 November 2006 and anyone that got his/her first highly skilled migrant visa or tier 1 after that date does not fall under HSMP JR. If that is the case then the first set opf people ...
