Hello Everyone, Just have a quick question. I've send my application for ROR on 2/09/15 Biometrics done 15/09/15 COA issued 05/10/2015 Now my ex wants his passport back. Will this affect my case in any way? Will it take longer due to the fact his passport was returned? Thank you for your assistance.

Yes, residence card for family member of EEA national.
And im getting married in the UK.
I applied for COA and got it. Already have put the notice to the registar.
