Ok, thanks Is there a legal requirement to inform your landlord before applying for a housing benefit? or wait until council contact the landlord themselves. OK that's great - if the traveling dates are not counted- then the total number of days out of UK will be 88 so all safe then

Yes you are right. i have just gone through the guidance notes, the refree should just be a British national.

My daughter is 10 months now. and the only people who are related profesionally is GP or health visitor and they both saying its not their policy to attest. i dont know what to do now
