Changes in immigration rules introduced on 06-Apr-11

Im on Tier 1 visa and I know the home office has stopped this scheme. Im planning to bring my partner later this year.Will the changes brought in immigration rules on 06-Apr-11 affect future dependent applications made outside UK?

thanks for the reply guys.... My current Tier 1 Migrant visa expires in March 2013.I held a worpermit before that,which was issued to me in Jan 2007. So I believe I am eligible for Indefinite Leave to Remain in Jan 2012. I plan to bring my wife this September,and I know that my wife will have to ...

so when will she have to switch to FLR(M) visa ? Is it after I get my ILR visa? or does she have to do the switch along with my ILR application?

Hi all, I am under Tier 1 migrant visa currently,and i was on a work permit earlier.Im eligible for my Indefinite Leave to Remain[PR] visa in December. Im planning to get married in August and bring my partner soon after that. I know I have to bring her here as my dependent on the Tier 1 migrant ...
