I really can't describe how I am feeling. My solicitor received a letter from the HO saying that my application has been successful. Thanks for the replies. My only worry is that I need my passport urgently and I requested it more than 10 days ago and when I called to follow up on my passport I got this new answer and according to that they are not able to trace my request because my file has not been created!!

The time of processing the cases has nothing to do with the cases being straight forward or complicated. I personally believe the whole thing is decided by the case worker in 20-30 minutes and not any more. The thing is that the case worker picks your file. I based that assumption on what happens in ...
