Re: Referee form

You can enter their names, proceed to next steps and the website will let you download two PDF's before payment.

As long as you do not pay, you can always come back to previous pages and update your details.

What all docs do I need to provide for proof of living over 5 years? How many docs should I provide?
Only your passports.

p.s. please do not start a new topic with each question you have!! Stick to ONE thread (this one).
Thanks, sorry I had forgotten about this topic from December.

Re: Residence Requirements Question

Hello Ancestor, The question is "2.1 Enter the day you first arrived with a view to staying in the UK on a long-term basis, and the airport or seaport through which you then entered. " so if it was when you first arrived, I have no doubt it is 2007 - but as you mentioned being consistent on applicat...

Re: Visit Visa UK Embassy Email - Your UK visa application has been issued

I think latest trend for Abu Dhabi from Oct/Nov is

Issue = Visa granted
Concluded = Refused

Have seen many applications confirming this, would be useful to know if someone got Concluded after Oct and still got the visa.

Should be 2007 - whilst it wasn't your intention at the time but you still stayed on. Thanks for the quick response. Anyone else with any other views? As alterhase58 says, I would put 2007 when you arrived as a student. The golden rule with any applications is to keep your responses consistent betw...

Re: Standard Visit Visa

The online form is now interactive and will provide you supporting document checklist telling you what documents you need to submit.

The questions are similar to printed one.

All visa applications should be online at https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa

No they don't. HO has issued your ILR so surely they are aware that you are no longer 'sponsored' don't you think :idea:
Yes I thought so but then HO issues leaves in other categories where they want sponsor to update. Surely they know at that time too.

Tier 2 to ILR - SMS

I got my ILR last month (12/03/18) through 5 yrs ILR - my Tier 2 CoS was valid until 17/04/18.
