Hi, Sorry to hear this. I know they can be very tough and rude if they want to. I would suggest you immediately contact a solicitor. As you said they have rejected your application do you now need to wait for a formal rejection letter from them?

Hi in my case solicitor asked for recon. But it's 3plus week but still waiting for a reply. My gap is for 30 days.
